reads: Add missing longopt for 'threads' #42

I've changed the branch to merge into to develop. Sorry, I've update the wiki to reflect that PR should be submitted to the develop branch, and when stable we merge develop into master.

We generate the short options from the long opts, so this will update the short opts too. Thanks.
