Error in loading files with new MaxFilter version #17

The wrapper scripts were desinged for a previous version of MAxFilter that only read one file at the time for split-files. This is no longer compatible with how the new version of MaxFilter reads split-files.

To do:

Make compatible with new MaxFilter
How to handle split files over different sessions.
