How should users use this tool?

They should not be able to edit the master wrapper. The should copy to their own directory and then change the header variables according to their project.

Write better instructions on how to use this tool. E.g., specific instructions on how to name files (cf. https://github.com/mcvinding/headpos_averager/issues/20)
