omrse.owl for tag 2022-04-06 has two versionInfo annotations - a good one and a bad one #183

omrse.owl tagged version 2022-04-06 has two owl:versionInfo annotations:

2020-10-27 2022-04-06 The second one is the good one. The first one is a bad one. I've already ruled it out as coming from omrse-edit.owl - the annotation does not exist there that I can find. So this rogue owl:versionInfo annotation is coming from somewhere else, and we need to investigate it. Other versionInfo annotations from imports are not coming all the way through to the omrse.owl finished product, for example the bfo_import.owl file has a versionInfo annotation as follows, that is not carried through the release process to the finished product, so who knows where it's coming from. The bfo annotation: 2022-03-13

It's also not coming from the language-individuals.owl component. So we can rule that out as the source.

It was in omrse-edit.owl after all. Fixed and committed.
