Preparing new release: 2023-09-18. #214

Summary of changes:

  1. Added 'U.S. veteran role' with definition.
  2. Added 'lives in' object property with definition.
  3. Added 'occupation disposition' and 'occupation activity' with definitions.
  4. Added classes and object properties for social categories and identities, specifically racial, ethnic, and behavioral ones.

@hoganwr not sure if you want to take a quick look at the release files. I spot checked omrse-base.obo and omrse.obo and they both looked good.

Note that this release will be published not as v2023-09-18 but as v2023-09-20.
