the language individuals are rdf:type 'obsolete language' - need to retype them to the active class #236

Now that we added the language-individuals.owl file back to the OMRSE build, I see that the individuals are rdf:type 'obsolete language' (OMRSE:00000194).

The task here is to retype them all as 'language' (OMRSE:00002069).
