…spectie region roles, and a class for US Census tract region role. Also fixes a typo in the label of 'Caribbean Sea', fixes malformed URIs in basic-geography.owl and bodies-of-water.owl, and moves 'census tract' from us-fl-census-tracts.owl to us-integral-geography.owl.

Your changes are what we discussed and I don't see any errors in them. GEO needs a lot of work however in the future. There are a lot of import issues, for one.

Sounds good. When I eventually get the chance, I'd like to tackle the import issues.
