Currently master_2comp_fit allows the user to specify if the conv_1vcomp and conv_2vcomp parameter cubes should be re-calculated.
I propose that the options be expanded to allow the user to load (rather than calculate) any combination of
conv_1vcomp
conv_2vcomp
1vcomp
2vcomp
This would allow for smoother crash handling, as the user could load in all cubes completed up to that point, or use MUFASA's 1 component vs 2 component comparison with a custom set of cubes.
