MUFASA could use some architectural overhaul to ensure that adding new line models in the future is easy and simple.

@jcaza02, with v1.4.0-beta the integration of N2H+ model is complete and stable. I plan to delete the ref_n2h+, n2hplus, and n2hplus_jc branches if you don't have any concerns. We'll create new branches for the architectural overhauls mentioned above.
