If you go to http://mczbase.mcz.harvard.edu/guid/MCZ:Herp:R-137313 and view the image of the catalogue http://nrs.harvard.edu/urn-3:FMUS.MCZ:2624906?width=100 it's pretty clear that the "f" in "favetanus" is a "t".
