Added new region: Germany #44

Changes require a german proxy server.

Added special Netflix source class for German Netflix, because the API does only return 50% of all Anime on Netflix. If we don't care about that, we can simply use the existing Netflix class and set the region to "de".

TODO: Add source for Vimeo on Demand

Hi @clemens-schulz! This looks great! Would it be possible for you to remake this PR into the integration branch instead of master? Sorry about the confusion here, still working out the process since this is the first major pull request into this repo.
