Added new region: Germany #45

Changes require a german proxy server.

Added special Netflix source class for German Netflix, because the API does only return 50% of all Anime on Netflix. If we don't care about that, we can simply use the existing Netflix class and set the region to "de".

TODO: Add source for Vimeo on Demand

This PR has been open for a long time. Is it the code or just a missing Proxy in Germany?

Yes, this one's due to proxy availability right now, I'm limited in the # of regions I can support right now. I can go ahead and merge this one though so it's there when I have extra capacity though.
