Improve mdadm and mdadm.conf manuals #105

The --udev-rules flag was barely mentioned under manuals, so I added a bit into both.

Please add dots in commit description. Please do not add dot to commit title (leave it as is). Please also use real mail. (LOL, I cannot merge mail with "noreply", according to kernel rules author should be achievable).
