Fix PHP error for missing dependency #102

PathautoMassDeleteTest needs locale module or it raises a "missing service" exception.

That's a core bug, see https://www.drupal.org/node/2573975. This only happens when you have locale enabled in the parent installation when running tests. I'd rather not add this just to work around that.
