r106 hangs on starting boot2.bin

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. create SNEEK (SD as NAND without DI) card in SNEEKInstallerv0.1b4-cred.rar
2. insert the card into the Wii and boot using BootMii IOS

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
SNNEK hangs with latest message in USBGecko:

Vectoring to 0x11000010

What revision are you using? With what configuration
(SNEEK/UNEEK/SNEEK+DI)?
SNEEK r106
NTSC-U Wii with SM4.1
IOS80 is not installed since i have no plans to use SM4.3.

Please provide any additional information below.
I've tried to make SNEEK by SNEEKInstallerv0.1b4-cred.rar and compile from 
sources by myself - result is the same.
After changing back to IOS70 base (change: IOSKPatch, elfins, 0000000E, 
esmodule.ld, iosmodule.ld) SNEEK starts to boot ok.

btw, just tried to make r106 UNEEK - it hangs with the same message.
