Super smash bros does not work after r121 #81

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run Super smash bros NTSC (SNEEK+DI)
2. You get a screen saying please enter game disc

What revision are you using? With what configuration
(SNEEK/UNEEK/SNEEK+DI)?
SNEEK+DI r122 or r123 NTSC system menu 4.2U

Please provide any additional information below.

The game works with r121

Did you try disabling Wii MotionPlus video patch?

Yes I tried with Wii motionPlus video patch on and off. The game works before 
r122.
