For larger assemblies, it might be useful to visualize contigs instead of reads on Bandage. User should be able to specify --contig option with Falcon2Fastg, which then generates a Fastg file where nodes in the header represent contigs. This may require the files 'ctg_paths' and 'p_ctg.fa'
