The current functionality of the minimize and close window buttons is limited, as they only minimize to the panel and close the application, respectively. This can be inconvenient for users who prefer to minimize windows to the system tray or keep the application running in the background.
Describe the solution you'd like
I would like to request a feature that allows users to customize the functionality of the minimize and close window buttons. Specifically, I would like the option to choose the following.
Add settings to let users choose if the minimize button should:
Minimize to the taskbar (default)
Minimize to the system tray
And if the close button should:
Fully quit the app (default)
Minimize to the system tray
Additional context
mdSilo currently has the option to hide and show the program with a contextual menu in the system tray itself.
