Add dependencies to README.md #605

Building according to README with npm install && npm run tauri build produces errors if the dependencies are not present on the system building mdSilo. Specifically, on my system (Devuan 5, Debian 12/Bookworm based) I needed:

Tauri-prerequisites (maybe add a link to this for other people)
- libwebkit2gtk-4.0-dev
libpango1.0-dev
libsoup2.4-dev
libayatana-appindicator3-dev (others had this issue when building Tauri apps)

Would be nice to sum them up in the README.
