I RECEIVED AN ERROR RIGHT AFTER I RUN THE WINCHAIN.EXE.

and this happens in a two windows xps.

I have this issue as well. It says that it failed to initiate. I attached a 
screen
shot of it for you.

installing .net framework 2.0 resolves this issue
