Upstream merge? #16

Its been a while since i visitied this awesome repo, and sadly its still not merged upstream. Whats stopping a pull request into the upstream openMVG? Does @pmoulon have specific requests?

@donlk not too sure how to proceed with a merge. @pmoulon , could/should we merge this with upstream?
