vt-ldap: refactor ConstructDnResolver to reduce properties #108

The ConstructDnResolver has properties for userField and baseDn.
Expose the format string and format args to give more control and reduce the 
number of properties.

Renamed ConstructDnResolver to FormatDnResolver.
Fixed in r1874.
