Answer: I can connect to the game server and play, but RCON won't connect

Answer: fresh install using the default ports

Browser [e.g. chrome, safari] Chrome and Edge
Hardware: [e.g. Ram, CPU, etc] Lenovo dual Xeon server w/ 192GB of memory

Once game is up and running, I can browse to the RCON web where it asks for a password. I put password I set in the template and it either doesn't do anything, or it goes to the next page where I see this. I can click on a few things, but there isn't really anything there.
I've also installed rustadmin, but that doesn't connect either.
