Wiki Contains Dead Links #478

Many of the links in the wiki FAQs are dead, linking to removed source forge pages. Example dead link: https://nitro-nitf.sourceforge.io/wikka.php?wakka=BuildingPython

I'd like to start using the library, but many (maybe all) the links in the wiki are dead. For example, I'd like to read about the API (https://nitro-nitf.sourceforge.io/apidocs/c/2.5cpp/) but I get a 404 error.
