Description

The footer icons are not displaying the expected hover effect when the user hovers over them. Typically, hover effects are used to enhance user interaction by changing the style (such as color, size, shadow, or transition) of icons when a cursor moves over them. However, in this case, no visual change occurs, indicating a possible issue with the CSS or icon setup.
