Added responsiveness to Team page

Fixes #642

• Made the Team page responsive with the use of media query for various smaller screens
• Added responsiveness for:
  • Mobile-S (325px)
  • Mobile-M (375px)
  • Mobile-L (425px)
  • Tablet (768px)

@Asymtode712 It is not responsive for mobile phones, and I guess you also did something for the homepage because on your deployment server, the homepage isn't responsive either. Try to resolve (team) this for iPhone 12 Pro to ensure full mobile phone responsiveness.
