invalid-meta bootstrap-hover-dropdown #148

On doing:

$ bower install bootstrap-hover-dropdown

I got the following warning:

bower bootstrap-hover-dropdown#*     invalid-meta bootstrap-hover-dropdown is missing "ignore" entry in bower.json
$ bower -v
1.7.7

Clearly a non-critical issue, but it's always not to not trigger warnings.

Interesting how a "recommended" setting triggers a warning... https://github.com/bower/spec/blob/master/json.md#ignore
