small screen dont show the unchecked option #42

in a netbook (or crt+- in browser) i can't see unchecked option

yes... i know :( the toggle-buttons are old :D the switch is the future... The toggle-buttons use px and, in my opinion, it isn't nice; the switches use percentage but, at the moment, they aren't having some important features.
