Out of the box pebble support #15

Required for using pebble that works out of the box for oref0 / openaps. See https://github.com/openaps/oref0/pull/570 for details. Can you review/merge and release a pancreabble release?

@mddub. Thanks a lot for your extensive review. I'll fix those issues, but I am quite busy next week. I think I put an extra enter in just before the git commit. I use winscp from my windows box to change the files on windows and if they are correct commit them in github. I'll get back to you when I have an updated PR.

I fixed most of your review remarks. I'll ask @applehat for help with the xdrip mapping. I'll test these changes on a fresh rig and will report back when I can confirm the changes work like I assume they will.
