getRegionForTimezone fails for GMT

Most short-form timezone links are in backward, but for whatever reason, the link from 'GMT' to 'Etc/GMT' is in etcetera. Please add

'GMT':'etcetera'

to regionExceptions to address this case.

One more exception that should be added:

'Europe/Nicosia':'asia'
