Fixes #19 - Adds rudimentary Jaguar support. #20

Command line args override config values, so this works by recycling the Nintendo DS configuration.

Also virtualjaguar doesn't support saves.

Another issue is that you can't install virtualjaguar via apt-get, so you have to use the built-in core updater to install it. Couldn't figure out a way to automate that cleanly.

Well the reason why it likely isn't added, is I believe I only add the stable libretro PPA packages, not the unstable PPA, which houses that core. I will add that core into my PPA and update them today.

I'll keep my PPA for ES to just be supplemental for now. You can monitor, favorite this PPA page to assess what I have copied into my repo. This is added in RetroRig-ES/scriptmodules/setup.shinc during initial setup. Emulators are added in emulators.shinc during setup. Sequence starts here.
