Add setting parameter for custom time gap

I would like to add minimum time gap setting

• 5(default), it will have 0, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, 55 for pick (3x4 table)
• 10, it will have 0, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50 for pick (2x3 table)
• 15, it will have 0, 15, 30, 45 for pick (2x2 table)
• 20, it will have 0, 20, 40 for pick (1x3 table)
• 30, it will have 0, 30 for pick (1x2 table)
