Merge into SUI fork #126

I have recently created a community fork for semantic and we are wanting to merge your calendar into it so it is a part of the core library.

Do you have anything against this and is there anything we should know before merging?

Hey @mdehoog, your calendar is now a core part of the Semantic-ui's fork, Fomantic. I just wanted to thank you for your admirable work there, it's really appreciated !
