Share items between players #25

Add ability to share an item to chat and make it "claimable" by another player.

Ideas on how this could work:

Move item to a "shared" folder in the item directory and remove from character immediately
Move item to chat item itself to make it draggable (and remove from character immediately)
Use sockets to keep it on the original character sheet and remove it if it is claimed
