Option to allow new values when editing 'multi' types #561

Please add the possibility to enter new values for listed 'multi' types. Eg. I have a multi type that obtains it's list from a dv query, but if I want to add a new value that is not in that query, I have to manually add it in the frontmatter.

Perhaps as an optional parameter for read-only lists?
