[FR] Controls from the Properties panel #646

Currently, Metadata Menu are present in the Properties at the top of the note. However, I hide these properties for legibility because having many properties forces scrolling down.

Instead, I use the Properties side panel. It would be great if Metadata Menu buttons and controls could be visible there.
