For mdenet/educationplatform-docker#20

add token server to compose and made epsilon-tools context absolute in the docker file to fix breaking build.

Documented SSL in wiki page commit https://github.com/mdenet/educationplatform/wiki/Setting-up-the-Platform/42aedb7f0aad17f42e2fa17c636e5ced4291aa53 and updated to use tokenserver environment variable as per https://github.com/mdenet/educationplatform/pull/89#discussion_r1351959355
