Publicly hosted platform #110

In order to provide a publicly available instance (#26) the static files of the platform should be hosted using github projects.

[x] Fix status message for xtext using
[x] Set up token server
[x] Fix duplicated build log for parallel builds mdenet/platformtools#40
[x] Configure autostart of platform docker on reboots
[x] Enable cookie security
[x] Setup up-time monitoring, needs to be public first
[x] Ensure documentation of URLs for tools
[x] Ensure top-level page references activities that use the public platform URLs
[x] Basic analytics of platform usage
[ ] Switch to use external urls e.g. eptest.mde-network.org
[ ] Automatic update of repos -- CI/CD to automatically update hosted platform when new version is released
[x] Add public instance configurations to repos

Additionally, all other platform services should be hosted in a similar manner used for the MDENet Symposium workshop.

The platform is deployed and available at https://mdenet-ep.sites.er.kcl.ac.uk/ it is currently behind the King's SSO so a King's account is required to access it.

For up-time monitoring, the platform needs to be made publicly available.

Support to use a different url requires some configuration by e-Research.

@barnettwilliam I've added two items about correcting the documentation and the links from the top-level page to ensure people have an easy way of using the publicly hosted platform.

Tool url documentation added to Creating an Activity wiki page.

Anonymised log statistics overview set up and available for the instance.

Updated top-level public instance activity list page to point to deployed urls on 15-Feb-2024.

Public instance config added to mdenet-publicinstance-config branch in each repository e.g. https://github.com/mdenet/educationplatform-docker/tree/mdenet-publicinstance-config

Platform is now running at https://ep.mde-network.org and examples have been adjusted to use this URL. We still need to update the URLs in https://github.com/mdenet/platformtools/compare/main...110-publicly-hosted-platform to use {{BASE-URL}} rewriting if possible.
