Platform homepage has wrong links #184

The platform homepage (which is displayed when giving no ?activities parameter, currently uses hard-coded 127.0.0.1 links to some example activities. These do not work on the publicly hosted platform.

We should fix this by getting the links from the window.host variable. The activity and tool specifications also need to be made flexible so that there is some form of URL rewriting ensuring they use the correct tool locations.
