Support advanced interactions between panels #199

More powerful interactions between panels should be supported. For example:

Moving the cursor in an Xtext editor highlights the corresponding parts in an object diagram of the model
Regenerating a diagram from a changed Xtext editor visually highlights the delta to the previous diagram
Selecting an ETL rule shows everything that it touched in the source model diagram and everything that it produced in the target model diagram

This will require a general mechanism and implementations for specific use cases.
