Allow additional files to be provided when creating Xtext editors #42

Students should be able to provide additional files beyond the .xtext grammar. In particular each of the following: Scope provider, Code generator, and Validator.

The three tasks to complete:

[x] #49
[x] Provide files that aren't visible in a panel.
