How can I send a message to telegram, containing information such as: history of lost orders, accepted orders all detailed with local time and value? you can use telegram webhooks, its very similar to discord webhook.

are you kind enough to help me setting this up. twilio doesnt seem to be an option for me anymore, but im not entirely sure how to setup telegram sms in this bot... your help is greatly appreciate!!
