Disappearing cursor problem #23

The textfield's cursor disappears sometimes, making it quite difficult to edit tweets! The fix might be described here: http://blog.tremend.ro/2007/01/22/mouse-cursor-disappears-in-firefox/

Attempted fix to this, the problem is so hard to reproduce I can't be sure I've gotten it 100%. Closing for now.
