Debian package #74

Hello Mike!

I just finished the Debian package! I don't know if you have a Debian-like system to build the package, but in negative case I'll send you the package too.

I don't know it works for all platforms, I just tested on amd64, but we can improve it later.

We need a manpage for the "binary" file (buzzbird.bin) to have a clean package (without any warnings). Can you write it?

I think I just pulled this into the mainline - I hope to have a minor bugfix release out soon, I'll roll this in with it.
