Patch for showDocument and hideDocument #8

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Parse a document with some markers but no ground overlays
2.
  // remove all map overlays
  $.each(myKmlParser.docs, function(index, doc) {
    myKmlParser.hideDocument(doc);
  });

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I get an error because doc.overlays is not defined

See attached patch to fix the issue.

and another thing: hideDocument should close the infoWindow for each marker 
that it hides. (also included into 
the patch)
