GitHub releases not in sync with Maven Central #15

The last GitHub release is 2.3.0, however the latest Maven Central release is 2.3.1.

It appears release 2.3.1 was not tagged separately. Do note that every release artifact can be downloaded from Maven Central through the web as well: https://repo1.maven.org/maven2/be/ceau/chart/
