Choose a consistent colour scheme

We need to communicate two things:

• added stuff
• deleted stuff

The requirements for the COLOURS are:

• colourblind safe (no red/green)
• prints nicely in greyscale
• Good contrast both between the two colours, and any text we may stuff inside.
• Not greyscale: that's boring.

We must update all figures to have these colours:

• [x] General illustration of our tool
• [x] The context diagram
• [x] ANTLR example
• [x] Bookkeeper example

It's colourblind safe, and has decent contrast.

But I'm not a super fan.

EDIT: Actually, I'm liking this:

High contrast, yet the red communicates deletions to me.
