TOC does not show up when referencing an appid locally #22

Having trouble with the table of contents showing up once the app is passed through the code that I am working with locally. When accessing the app directly from AGO, it seems to be working fine.

The xstyle repository was forked for use in iMap. It looks like since it is a forked project in our iMap repository, xstyle does not get downloaded via the zip file download method. Maybe to avoid licensing or distribution violations. This seems to be the error causing the TOC accordion to not load (as it uses xstyle to pull in css on-demand).

Cloning it to your workstation using the GitHub for Windows client is probably the best option.
