Add information about wingpanel-indicator-ayatana installation #2 and about gap between icons #1

Hi, thanks for the PR! I'm afraid I'm gonna have to close this for a couple reasons - the main one is that I'm not going to advise users to patch the system theme as that would cause headaches when it comes to updates and reporting bugs to elementary/app developers. The other little one is that there's already a link to the .deb for wingpanel-indicator-ayatana included in the guide

We could make it optional and write about all consequences.

As for me It's not clear because of what I created issue.

For the benefit of future visitors to this PR, it's enough to just create a $HOME/.config/gtk-3.0/gtk.css as discussed here.

If the CSS class for the indicators changes or the old .deb of wingpanel-indicator-ayatana stops working, it'll be back to the drawing board. But it's working fine for now (in elementaryOS 5.1, Hera).
