My RS_ASIO.ini is slightly different, you can try this. Also make sure you set it to 48 kHz in the PreSonus Universal Control program.
[Config]
EnableWasapiOutputs=0
EnableWasapiInputs=0
EnableAsio=1
[Asio]
; available buffer size modes:
; driver - respect buffer size setting set in the driver
; host - use a buffer size as close as possible as that requested by the host application
; custom - use the buffer size specified in CustomBufferSize field
BufferSizeMode=custom
CustomBufferSize=64
[Asio.Output]
Driver=AudioBox ASIO Driver
BaseChannel=0
EnableSoftwareEndpointVolumeControl=1
EnableSoftwareMasterVolumeControl=1
SoftwareMasterVolumePercent=100
[Asio.Input.0]
Driver=AudioBox ASIO Driver
Channel=0
EnableSoftwareEndpointVolumeControl=1
EnableSoftwareMasterVolumeControl=1
SoftwareMasterVolumePercent=100
[Asio.Input.1]
Driver=
Channel=1
EnableSoftwareEndpointVolumeControl=1
EnableSoftwareMasterVolumeControl=1
SoftwareMasterVolumePercent=100
@FolkSong thank you for the answer. I copy pasted your config into mine and still no luck. I also set everything to 24bit 48kHz in windows device config and also in the Presonus control program.
Could you please share your Rocksmith.ini
file? BTW it was detected once however there was no sound and I have no idea why that was.
I'll post it below but I don't think that's the issue. Looking at your log file it's clearly trying to use 44 kHz. My guess is this has something to do with your previous attempt to change the game's sample rate through RSMods. I would reverse whatever you did, or if you're not sure just delete everything and reinstall.

OMG you are 100% right @FolkSong I forgot the alternative sample rate setting in RSMods.ini
it is working flawlessly now. Thank you again.
Hi, as a follow-up to my previous issue https://github.com/mdias/rs_asio/issues/267 I have purchased Presonus Audiobox 96 which was reported to be working with rs_asio here. However I am unable to get the input to be recognized in Rocksmith. With the Real Tone cable mode I'm always getting no inputs. Can you please provide at least suggestions for troubleshooting this issue?
Thank you for your time and troubles in advance.
Below I'm attaching my logs and configuration files.
